Open to All Levels of Experience 

Explore yoga and mindfulness practices for managing anxiety and stress in a safe space. You will leave with a deeper scientific understanding of anxiety and a toolbox of accessible practices to ease its symptoms. 

 We will explore:

  • Scientific & yogic perspectives of anxiety

  • Simple tools to reset nervous system & improve neuro-plasticity

  • Calming breath techniques (pranayama) & asana (posture or flows)

  • Accessible mindfulness experiences
