LEARN TO FLIP YOUR PERSPECTIVE!
Experience joy, playfulness, connection and exploration on your mat by incorporating inversions into your practice.
In this workshop we will explore the practice of headstands, forearm balance, and handstands. Class will begin with a short, grounding yoga flow and core work. Each pose will then be broken down into digestible steps and drills.
No “inversion” experience is necessary, but a willingness to not take your self too seriously is.
