A Workshop on Yoga Breathing Techniques

Geared to the general public, yoga practitioners, and teachers. Come learn the basics, or deepen your understanding, of yoga breathwork in a primarily experiential setting. We’ll explore multiple breath techniques and their potential benefits, which include settling the nervous system, easing anxiety and depression, coping with and preventing chronic pain and inflammation, and enhancing lung capacity.You will leave with the tools to take pranayama into your daily life.
We’ll also delve lightly into the science behind pranayama and discuss how to incorporate different and more advanced pranayama techniques and potential benefits in life or on the mat.
