Pranayama 101:

Geared to the general public, yoga practitioners, and teachers. Come learn the basics, or deepen your understanding, of yoga breathwork in a primarily experiential setting. We’ll explore multiple breath techniques and their potential benefits, which include settling the nervous system, easing anxiety and depression, coping with and preventing chronic pain and inflammation, and enhancing lung capacity.You will leave with the tools to take pranayama into your daily life.


Pranayama 201:

Geared towards yoga practitioners and teachers. We’ll delve into the science behind pranayama and discuss how to incorporate different techniques in life or on the mat. We’ll additionally explore a few more advanced pranayama techniques and potential benefits. This workshop draws from the Viniyoga tradition, which means we’ll explore how the different techniques resonate for you as an individual without rigid expectations.
