Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that systematically guides & relaxes you at every level of being including your physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual layers (called five koshas). Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music and nature imagery, Divine Sleep invites you to become aware of each layer of being without needing to change or fix anything. This true meditation where there is nothing to do but to ‘notice’ – supporting you in feeling empowered and whole just as you are.
Kelly is a 500 E-ryt, YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider) & Ayurveda Specialist. She studied classical path of Raja Yoga, Ayurveda & Yin under Jacqueline Chiodo for the past 6 years. She holds an additional certification in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®. Kelly has also studied with Joe Barnett, Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest, David Keil, Mathew Darling, Jennifer Reis and Myra Lewin and brings a greater understanding of why different styles of yoga are so beneficial for everyone’s unique body. She teaches 200/300 hour Teacher Trainings as well as the Alignment Based Aerial Yoga Teacher Certifications. Kelly has lead over 50 workshops, 8 retreats, 12 teacher trainings statewide & internationally.
