Many students struggle with arm balances and inversions because they think they are not strong enough! Breaking these postures down and beginning to understand the techniques for getting in and out of them is how we make progress. In this workshop we will learn about the foundations of arm balances & inversions, the connection to the core, embrace our fear and learn to lift off. We will prepare the body using a dynamically sequenced Vinyasa Flow followed by lots of time to play around!
