This introductory workshop is geared to address the most common tension areas throughout the body. Pain and stiffness is addressed in the low back, hips, thighs, upper back, chest and neck to promote healthy immune function and relief from inflammation in the soft tissues of the body. Not only does each participant leave feeling the benefits of a full body massage, a more profound connection between body and mind is established in the process.
This workshop will focus on:
Mindful approach to stretching & opening the deep connective tissue (fascia) of the body.
Deep tissue release using props, meditative movement, & conscious breath.
Learning about the connective tissue of the body.
Boosting your immune system & enhancing your yoga practice.
