· Ways to identify & minimize the muscular & skeletal holding patterns that keep us from achieving our personal best.
· How to move more fully, safely, easily, & allow possibilities of motion and perception.
· How to perform everyday activities & athletic and artistic pursuits with greater ease & ability.
