Do you want to feel really good again? This class is a workout training for your "whole body", physical, mental, energetic & spiritual. Refine your physique without bulking up or straining your joints by focusing on a fusion of low intensity, high impact workouts, including yoga, breath & essential stretching to support a sound, centered, long & lean, healthy body.
I have been involved in the health & fitness world for over 20 years. I am so excited to merge my experience and expertise in the areas of Yoga, Mindfulness, Ayurveda, Ballet, CrossFit, Personal Training, Culinary Arts & Nutritional Wellness and bring them to you in one powerful package! This series will help you get a jump start on a leaner body & smarter dietary plan in preparation for putting on the bathing suit this spring break, but also, integrating a balanced mind/body space for new beginnings this year! The series includes 4 compete one hour workouts, mindfulness techniques, nutritional advice and a healthy recipe each week to prepare & enjoy at home!
