In this workshop come explore three different asana and pranayama practices to help balance your imbalances (in Ayurveda we call these your doshas). With these practices you will gain a better foundation and understanding that you then can apply in all practices, on and off the mat. Ayurveda is one of the oldest, still practiced health care systems that focuses on bringing balance while considering all components of being.
