Greater awareness of how we think, sense, feel and move.
How to move more fully, safely, easily, and allow more possibilities of motion and perception.
How to perform everyday activities of walking and athletic & artistic pursuits with greater ease and ability.
KATHLEEN WAINWRIGHT has been a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner for 15 years, a Licensed Occupational Therapist for 30 years, and is a Somatic Experiencing practitioner (trauma/healing).
