Prenatal Partner Workshop

This birthing workshop is designed for you and your birthing partner. Yoga is a beautiful way to prepare the mind, body and spirit for the many transitions of birth.

In this workshop you will learn techniques for empowering your own birth:

  • Setting your intention   
  • Finding your own personal birth affirmation
  • Breath awareness
  • Yoga postures & movements to encourage open pelvis for birth
  • Birth partners will learn hand placement/adjustments for helping to ease labor contractions
  • Awareness of emotional holding and its effects on the body while in preparation for birth


The teacher, Naomi Cole, is a ERYT 200 and is Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga certified. She is also working towards becoming a certified Doula. Naomi has been practicing yoga for 30 years and believes in all the ways the practice restores our lives, mind, body and spirit.Please eat a light lunch an hour before the workshop, bring snacks and a water bottle. Also be sure to wear clothes you can move and feel comfortable in.
