"Kundalini" refers to the life force energy (Prana) that resides within each human being. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., consists of postures, special breathing, hand and finger positions (Mudra's), chanting and meditation in a specific sequence meant to clear the energy channels and prepare the body and mind to manifest awareness of creative potential. The tools for awakening the life force within!

Gretchen Cline Ph.D., E-RYT, is the lead teacher of Third Coast Yoga Studio in Spring Lake, MI.  A certified Yoga Therapist, she has studied yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and healing in depth through Hatha Yoga, Integrative Yoga Therapy 500-hour level, and 3HO International Kundalini Yoga programs.  She completed her 500-hour level II in 3HO International Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2011.  In addition she teaches both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga for college credit at Muskegon Community College.
